Due to her love to help mankind, she joined the Zonta club of Accra II and rose to the position of the President between 2011 and 2013.

During the period, she championed with the support of member’s development interventions to improve the lot of women and children in deprived communities. She also became Zonta International District 18 Area Director between 2014 and 2016 and currently the District Treasure of Zonta since 2016 till date. Margaret has decided to devote her retirement life to help improve the lot of disadvantaged people and she has personally made contributions to help people.

She holds Executive Masters in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) from GIMPA in 2013 and a BSc. Biochemistry/Chemistry from University of Ghana in 1976. She also completed Wesley Girls High School, Cape Coast in 1972.
